APPETIZERS

Chicken Tenders
  - Golden Brown Breaded White Chicken Tender Strips served with Ranch & BBQ Sauce.

Grilled Tomato Basil Bruschettas -  Diced plum tomatoes tossed with fresh basil & olive oil served over mini french baguettes.

Tuscan Skirt Steak Bruschetta -  Marinated skirt steak slivers with diced plum tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil over grilled french baguette wedges.

Bleu Skye Bacon Skins -  Four "skins" stuffed with chopped bacon and melted bleu cheese.

Buffalo Chicken Tenders -  Breaded chicken tender strips tossed in our own tangy buffalo sauce. 

Kabobs Kabob-  Teriyaki steak or chicken on three skewers with peppers, onions, and mushrooms over rice.

"Appeteaser" Combo Platter - Bruschettas, chicken tenders, and potato skins.  Served with three dipping sauces.

QUESADILLA SAMPLERS

Black & Bleu Chicken Quesadillas -  Blackened chicken, crumbled bleu & jack cheese, diced tomatoes, and bacon inside a whole wheat tortilla.

Beef and Chicken Quesadilla - Tomato tortilla filled with fajita seasoned chicken or beef, diced tomatoes, and melted Monterry jack and cheddar cheese. 

Denver Quesadillas - Diced smoked ham off the bone, peppers, onions, and cheese inside a grilled tomato tortilla.  Served with our creamy dill coleslaw.


 

SALADS

Blackened Chicken Caesar  -
Blackened chicken breast strips over romaine lettuce with tomato wedges, garlic croutons and grated parmesan cheese.

Warm Fajita Toss Up Salad Served in a flaky flour
tortilla shell.  Choice of seasoned beef or chicken.  Over greens with tomatoes, peppers, onions, black olives and shredded cheese. Topped with sour cream and a side of salsa. 

Portabella Bleu Mushroom Salad -  The "Steak"
nushroom, bleu cheese, roma tomatoes, kalamata
olives and onions.  Perfect with our house Greek dressing.

Carne Asada Skirt Steak Salad  - Marinated and
grilled skirt steak sliced and served over crisp romaine with tomatoes, onions, baby corn, cucumbers, artichokes, and sour dough croutons.

Chopped Turkey Cobb Salad  - Turkey, tomato, bacon, bleu cheese, egg, and croutons over house mixed salad greens. 

Salad Trio Mix Up - A scoop of fresh tuna salad, egg salad, and our popular potato salad over mixed greens with tomato and cucumber garnish. 

Classic Caesar Salad  - Crisp romaine, slivered parmesan, tomatoes and garlic croûtons.  Optional toppings include a flame broiled chicken breast or shrimp. 

Blackened Salmon Caesar - Cajun blackened salmon
Filet over crisp romaine greens with parmesan croutons, tomatoes, and caesar dressing. 

Peppercorn "Big Bowl" Salad - Tossed greens with
sliced ham, turkey, swiss and american cheese.  Garnished
with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.
